Junior Architect-Civil

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect-Civil to join our team in Bangalore. In this full-time role, you will assist in conceptualizing and developing innovative interior design projects, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and supporting project execution. You will work closely with senior architects, clients, vendors, and consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes, contributing directly to the success of our diverse and creative projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing interior design projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and comprehensive construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in site visits and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Support senior architects and designers with presentations and material selection.
• Manage project documentation and track design changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Revit Architecture and 3D visualization tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and space planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-paced project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Revit Architecture and advanced 3D visualization tools.
• Previous exposure to creative interior design projects.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering.
• Prior experience working on interior design or architectural projects is highly desirable.

Salary

• INR 3,00,000 – 3,60,000 per annum (commensurate with experience and skillset).
