Job Summary

As a Technofunctional Consultant, you will leverage your extensive experience in Agile methodologies to facilitate the development process in various projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders, promoting best practices while managing Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused.
• Manage backlogs and sprints using Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and maintain alignment with business goals.
• Utilize Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the integration of test automation tools and frameworks into the development process.
• Support Data & Analytics projects by contributing to the development of data pipelines, reporting, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments.
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in Data & Analytics projects, including knowledge of data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
• Educational qualifications: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, such as Kanban or Lean.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and analytics tools.
