Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing custom SCM solutions, gathering business requirements, and leading testing and development coordination efforts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery and enhancement of the organization's SCM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work extensively on Oracle SCM modules including Order Management (OM), Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Advanced Pricing.
• Design and implement custom SCM solutions using Oracle best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development and quality assurance (QA) teams for solution design, development, and testing activities.
• Provide end-to-end support for SCM implementations and enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle SCM architecture and workflows.
• Proven experience in custom solution design and implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud (optional but desirable).
• Certification in Oracle SCM modules (if applicable).

Experience

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management.

Environment

• The position is based in PAN India with a hybrid work model.
