We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead, strategize, and oversee the execution of ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing events and brand activations. The ideal candidate will drive client success through innovative campaign planning, end-to-end project delivery, and strong relationship management. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence to ensure exceptional campaign outcomes and business growth.</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
Strategic Leadership<br />
Design and implement strategic plans for ATL and BTL campaigns aligned with client goals.</div>
<div>Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into long-term clients.</div>
<div>Ensure campaign strategies align with brand objectives and market trends.</div>
<div>Client Management<br />
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery.</div>
<div>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.</div>
<div>Provide marketing consultation and recommendations to optimize campaign outcomes.</div>
<div>Operations Management<br />
Oversee the planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis of events, activations, exhibitions, and integrated marketing campaigns.</div>

<div>Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.</div>

<div>Qualifications & Skills<br />
Minimum 3+ years of experience in ATL/BTL marketing, event management, or brand activations.</div>
<div>Strong grasp of experiential marketing, integrated campaigns, and client servicing.</div>
<div>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</div>
<div>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.</div>
<div>Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and campaign analytics.</div>
