Job Description
- Looking for an incumbent with 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in managing family offices, corporate treasuries, and high-net-worth clients.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by expanding the client base and strengthening existing relationships, especially in the family office and corporate treasury space.
- The person will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to individual client needs, in line with Avendus AIF's offerings and the market trends
- It will be reporting to CEO - Andrew Holland and will be having two shared resources to start with. This is an additional position in the team geared towards getting talent with experience in interaction with institutions/corporates/family offices.
- Compensation: Fixed: 40-70 lakhs + Performance Based Variable Pay.
- Pool to be tapped: Institutional Sales Team from Mutual Fund (Except ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund), Private Wealth Managers with access to Family Offices, Sales Team from PMS/AIF space
