Job Summary

The Manager HR & Administration will oversee all human resources and administrative functions within the plant. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the plant operates efficiently, maintaining a productive workforce, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to the plant's needs.
  • Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development processes to ensure a skilled workforce.
  • Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts, fostering a cooperative working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate records of employee-related documentation.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative functions, including facilities management and logistics.
  • Foster effective communication within the plant to promote a culture of transparency and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or similar is preferred.
