Job Summary
The Manager HR & Administration will oversee all human resources and administrative functions within the plant. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the plant operates efficiently, maintaining a productive workforce, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to the plant's needs.
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development processes to ensure a skilled workforce.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts, fostering a cooperative working environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate records of employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative functions, including facilities management and logistics.
- Foster effective communication within the plant to promote a culture of transparency and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or similar is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance management systems.
- Knowledge of workforce planning and succession planning.
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and tools.
- Bilingual capabilities could be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and administration management, preferably in a plant or manufacturing context.

The position is primarily office-based within a plant environment. The role may require occasional visits to various operational areas of the plant, engaging directly with staff to address HR and administrative matters.
