Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Developer/Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our Zuora platform, ensuring effective implementation and integration for our billing and subscription management process. This role is pivotal in supporting our financial operations and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, configuration, and administration of the Zuora platform.
• Develop and implement custom solutions using Zuora APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure the Zuora system accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora billing and subscription management.
• Create detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Zuora dependencies and integrations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Zuora Developer/Admin.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Zuora billing and subscription management functionalities.
  • Strong knowledge of Zuora APIs and integration strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration with Zuora.
  • Familiarity with billing systems, financial systems, and data management.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of subscription-based business models.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Understanding of payment gateways and their integration with billing systems.

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Zuora development and administration required.
