Job Summary

The QA Lead (ETL Testing) is responsible for defining the testing strategy and developing test cases to validate data and integrations, ensuring the platform meets the required quality, performance, and technical build standards. This role plays a critical part in certifying the integration quality and overall technical build of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the testing strategy for ETL processes and integration testing.
• Design and develop test cases and acceptance criteria based on functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough data testing and validations to ensure the quality of integrations, certifying the technical build.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure robust testing and quality assurance practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, specifically with ETL testing.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and query execution.
• Familiarity with PowerBI for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Azure Databases and Snowflake Databases for data warehousing and ETL processing.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and data pipelines.

Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in QA, with a focus on ETL testing and data validation processes.

Environment

• This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Salary

• Estimated salary is 1.2 L/month.
