This role involves working closing with the founders and upscale the brand.<br /> <br /> The prerequisites of the role are as follows:-<br /> <br /> • 5+ years of experience in fast paced environment at a D2C / consumer tech start-up<br /> • Prior extensive Footwear business experience is mandatory<br /> • MBA from Tier 1 colleges preferred<br /> • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities<br /> • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development<br />
