Job Summary

The Head of Talent Acquisition is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent within the pharma, healthcare, or healthtech sectors. This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization’s talent pipeline, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a strong employer brand in the Mumbai market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process across all levels of the organization, with a focus on senior and specialized roles in pharma, healthcare, or healthtech.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in Mumbai and beyond.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, industry networks, and educational institutions.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the healthcare and tech sectors.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
• Ensure the effective use of digital recruitment tools, including Darwinbox, for streamlined hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in the pharma, healthcare, or healthtech industries.
• Extensive experience in senior recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai talent market and healthcare industry landscape.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, specifically experience with Darwinbox.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
