Training & Learning Coordination
Job Summary
The Training & Learning Coordination intern will support the planning, development, and execution of training and induction programs within the organization. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in learning and development, with a focus on organizing, tracking, and enhancing employee training initiatives. The intern will contribute to the creation and deployment of effective learning solutions that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training and induction programs.
- Support the administration and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training programs to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or coursework in Training Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Understanding of induction and orientation program design.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, or related field).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-learning tools and digital content creation.
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Initiative and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to freshers and recent graduates).
- Relevant experience in training coordination, HR, or educational program support is a plus but not required.
Environment
- Typical office-based setting; may be remote, in-office, or hybrid as per company policy.
- Collaborative work environment with frequent interaction with HR and other departments.
- Standard work hours with occasional flexibility for training events.
Salary
- Estimated salary range: 5,000 – 10,000 (currency not specified).
