Job Summary

The Analyst-II Business Process role is designed to execute business process transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and adherence to established procedures. This position plays a crucial role in collaborating with senior analysts and managers, participating in process improvement projects, and supporting data analysis efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute business process transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to drive process improvements.
• Participate in process improvement projects and conduct data analysis.
• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and ensuring quality assurance.
• Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and preparing reports.
• Update and maintain process documentation to reflect current practices.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in business process transactions.
• Proven experience in business process management and optimization.
• Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting.
• A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in business process analysis or related fields.
