Business Development Associate
Location: Nagapure, Bengaluru (6 Days Work - Week)

We are a Bengaluru-based scrap dealing and recycling company, specializing in collecting,
reprocessing, and supplying high-quality raw materials—such as aluminium, plastic granules,
and other recyclable elements—to manufacturing companies across India. Our operations
follow sustainable practices, enabling a cleaner environment while meeting industry demand for
cost-effective, quality raw materials.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, develop, and manage B2B client relationships with manufacturing and
industrial companies.
● Source business opportunities with buyers for recycled raw materials like aluminium,
plastic granules, etc.
● Conduct market research to identify demand trends, competitor activities, and pricing
strategies.
● Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collections.
● Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
● Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to expand client base.
● Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Requirements
● 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing, metals, or
recycling sector.
● Strong knowledge of scrap trading, recycling processes, or industrial raw material
supply is an advantage.
● Proven ability to meet sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
