<div><strong>Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) - US (Remote from India) </strong></div> <div><strong>Job Overview</strong>: As a member of Scrut&#39;s BDR team, you will play a vital role in our inventive and dynamic Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate proactive outreach campaigns (via email, phone calls, and social media) to discover potential customers who can leverage the Scrut platform. You will frequently serve as the initial touchpoint for potential customers, aiming to schedule qualified meetings for a group of Account Executives.</div> <div><strong>Job Responsibilities: </strong></div> <div> Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key individuals, and generate interest through proactive outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, and social media.  Systematically qualify, develop, and manage an accurate sales pipeline by maintaining a high level of activity, including outbound cold calls, and emails, and leveraging social selling techniques.</div> <div> Explore new leads by leveraging internet research and monitoring/messaging on social media platforms, utilising tools like LinkedIn Navigator and Twitter.</div> <div> Handle inbound customer inquiries and nurture these accounts to create potential business opportunities.</div> <div> Apply active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business challenges, effectively articulating how Scrut Automation can address them</div> <div> Attain and surpass weekly/monthly metrics such as meetings, qualified opportunities, and new contacts.</div> <div> Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and information in HubSpot or CRM system</div> <div> Engage in high-level discussions with executives at the C-Suite level within prospective accounts.</div> <div><strong>Required Skill Sets:</strong></div> <div> 1-2 years of experience in selling/pipeline development roles</div> <div> Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales is a plus</div> <div> Comfortable working during US hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST)</div> <div> Thrives on continuous learning and improvement  Embraces new concepts, technologies, and personas.</div> <div> Driven, self-motivated, and brings ideas to life</div> <div> Detail-oriented and effectively manages multiple projects</div> <div> Exceptional written and verbal communication</div> <div> &quot;People person&quot; with a strong awareness of others and thoughtful communication</div> <div> Mission Driven, with a sense of urgency</div> <div> Exhibits confidence while seeking improvement and valuing the feedback</div> <div> Understanding US market trends and buyer personas is an advantage.</div>
