Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy Development:
•
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
•
Develop and implement strategies to enter and grow in new markets, focusing on cross-border e-commerce.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
•
Identify and establish relationships with key partners, including international suppliers, logistics providers, and payment gateways.
•
Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
•
Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
•
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
Regulatory Compliance:
•
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and local laws in target markets.
•
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory challenges.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
•
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align strategies and achieve business goals.
•
Work with the product team to develop and adapt offerings for international markets.

Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
•
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the e-commerce or international trade sector.
•
Strong understanding of cross-border e-commerce, international trade regulations, and market entry strategies.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•
Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
•
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
•
