Scarbble has been mandated to hire a “Lead HRBP” for a fast-growing financial services firm based in Mumbai<br /> <br /> Hands on HR Partnership:<br /> ● Collaborate with senior leadership and Head of HR to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support<br /> organizational goals.<br /> ● Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters to influence decision-making and drive business success.<br /> Talent Management:<br /> ● Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.<br /> ● Identify and nurture high-potential employees, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for key roles.<br /> Employee Relations:<br /> ● Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.<br /> ● Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws,<br /> inclusive of developing employee policies.<br /> Performance Management:<br /> ● Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.<br /> ● Coach managers on effective performance management practices to enhance employee productivity and engagement.<br /> Learning and Development:<br /> ● Assess training needs and design learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.<br /> ● Promote a culture of implementing JioBlackRock Principles and Behaviors across the organization<br /> HR Policy and Compliance:<br /> 2<br /> ● Develop, update, implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.<br /> ● Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure company practices are compliant.<br /> Organizational Development:<br /> ● Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, team building, and organizational restructuring.<br /> ● Conduct regular assessments of organizational health and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.<br /> HR Analytics and Reporting:<br /> ● Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.<br /> ● Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.<br /> Indicative KPI’s of the role:<br /> Talent Acquisition and Retention:<br /> ● Time to fill key positions and always have succession planning ready for designated roles<br /> ● Employee retention rate.<br /> ● Quality of hire (measured through performance reviews, check-ins and feedback).<br /> Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:<br /> ● Employee engagement scores (measured through surveys, Focus Groups etc).<br /> ● Employee satisfaction ratings.<br /> ● Number of employee grievances and resolution time.<br /> Performance Management:<br /> ● Completion rate of performance reviews.<br /> ● Percentage of employees with development plans.<br /> ● Improvement in employee performance ratings over time.<br /> Learning and Development:<br /> ● Number of training hours per employee.<br /> ● Employee participation rate in training programs.<br /> ● Impact of training on employee performance (measured through post-training assessments).<br /> HR Compliance and Payroll:<br /> ● Compliance with labor laws and regulations.<br /> ● Number of compliance issues or audits.<br /> ● Timeliness and accuracy of HR policy updates.<br /> Organizational Development:<br /> ● Effectiveness of change management initiatives (measured through feedback and success metrics).<br /> ● Improvement in organizational health scores.<br /> ● Team-building activity participation and feedback.<br /> HR Analytics and Reporting:<br /> ● Accuracy and timeliness of HR reports.<br /> ● Utilization of HR data in decision-making.<br /> ● Improvements in key HR metrics over time.<br /> Key skills and experiences<br /> ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is<br /> preferred.<br /> ● Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role within the financial services or wealth<br /> management industry.<br /> ● Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements in India.<br /> ● Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.<br /> 3<br /> ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br /> ● Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.<br /> ● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.<br /> ● High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
