Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing processes across raw materials and packaging supplies.

- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and business teams to support new product launches and scaling efforts.

Qualifications
- 5–15 years of experience in Procurement or Sourcing roles.
- Proven experience in Home Care, Liquid Cleaners, Personal Care, or FMCG industries.
- Strong commercial acumen, with excellent sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, high-hustle environment.
- Ownership and execution mindset with a focus on results.
- Educational qualifications such as BSc, BTech, or equivalent in relevant fields.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sourcing plans.

- Experience with supply chain management and cost reduction strategies.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in FMCG or personal care sectors.
