Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing processes across raw materials and packaging supplies.

• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and business teams to support new product launches and scaling efforts.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in Procurement or Sourcing roles.
• Proven experience in Home Care, Liquid Cleaners, Personal Care, or FMCG industries.
• Strong commercial acumen, with excellent sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, high-hustle environment.
• Ownership and execution mindset with a focus on results.
• Educational qualifications such as BSc, BTech, or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sourcing plans.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in FMCG or personal care sectors.
