Job Title: SAP FCSM – Cash Management Consultant

Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled SAP FCSM – Cash Management Consultant to join DTICI’s growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance Supply Chain Management (FCSM) with a core focus on Cash and Liquidity Management. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Cash Management functionalities, along with integration to other SAP and external banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle implementation and configuration of SAP Cash Management within SAP FCSM.

• Design and configure modules including Bank Account Management, Cash Positioning, Liquidity Forecasting, and Bank Reconciliation.

• Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and cash pooling enhancements.

• Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, TR, and third-party banking systems (SWIFT, external payments, etc.).

• Conduct end-user training, prepare documentation, and support adoption of SAP Cash Management tools.

• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and enhancements.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables while working closely with stakeholders and external vendors.

• Plan and execute test cases, including unit, integration, and UAT phases.

• Stay up to date with SAP innovations and best practices, including SAP S/4HANA Finance advancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• SAP certifications in FCSM or Finance modules preferred.

Experience & Skills:

• 8–12 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP FCSM or SAP Cash Management.

• Deep expertise in Cash Positioning, Liquidity Forecasting, Cash Pooling, and Bank Reconciliation.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI, SAP TR, and SAP BCM.

• Hands-on experience with SWIFT integration, external bank interfaces, and Bank Communication Management.

• Familiarity with SAP PI/PO, APIs, and other integration tools.

• Understanding of corporate finance, banking regulations, and ISO 20022 standards.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

• Project coordination and time management skills in high-pressure environments.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to global finance transformation projects.

• Prior experience in banking or financial services domain.

• Working knowledge of SAP Cloud or next-gen SAP solutions.
