Job Summary

The IT Recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment process for Oracle skill hiring. Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end IT recruitment for Oracle and related skill sets.
• Manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and ensure accountability.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients to understand their requirements and deliver quality talent.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates through multiple channels.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality benchmarks.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics for tracking and optimization.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles to reduce time-to-fill.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on Oracle skill hiring.
• Proven experience in team management and client handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and social recruiting techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
