Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations across different geographies.

• Engage with the Pocket FM appointed compliance partner in managing compliances across geographies where the company is operating at a given time

• Implement a review mechanism framework and reporting cadence for compliance status to HR and Company Leadership at a defined periodic frequency

• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal process, system, policies and external regulations

• Provide guidance and training to the HR Team, People Managers and other functions on compliance-related matters.

• Monitor global and regional labour compliances changes in laws and regulations and suitably update relevant teams with applicability and action plans such policy, process or system updates, where required.

• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement solutions.

• Manage notice & inspections with the help of vendor partner as and when required.

• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.

• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law and/ or Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR Labour Compliance, necessarily across different geographies.

• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
