Job Summary

The Growth Intern – Market Access & Channels (On-Ground) will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth initiatives by identifying and generating B2B leads, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in the expansion of channel partnerships. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in market access, sales negotiation, and business development. The intern will work closely with the sales team to support on-ground activities, drive lead generation, and contribute to the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and generating B2B leads through market research and outreach.
• Support the negotiation process with potential clients and channel partners.
• Conduct on-ground activities to expand market access and improve channel presence.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, and partnership activities.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in B2B lead generation and sales negotiation.
• Good understanding of market research and business development concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship or project experience in sales, business development, or market research.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
• Comfort with fieldwork and on-ground market activities.

Experience

• Any experience or internship in lead generation, sales negotiation, or business development will be considered a plus.

Environment

• Based in Hyderabad; may involve on-ground, client-facing, and fieldwork activities.
• Internship/contractual position with immediate start.

Salary

• ₹15,000 monthly stipend. Additional performance based incentives applicable
