Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional for a full-time role in PUNE. This role is intended for immediate start and is pivotal in overseeing the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing financial processes through expert SAP solutions and serve as a key liaison between finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and Configure SAP FICO Modules: Lead end-to-end implementations and customizations to meet business requirements.
• Financial Process Integration: Ensure seamless integration of financial accounting and controlling processes within the SAP environment.
• Ongoing Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for SAP FICO related issues.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial workflows.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, enhancements, and support activities.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations and support.
• Core Skills: Proven expertise in SAP FICO along with strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with related SAP modules and ERP integration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile practices.
• Additional certifications in SAP or related financial systems.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO implementations, support, or consultancy roles.

• Location: PUNE
• Work Setting: Full-Time, in-office position within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: 1,200,000 - 1,700,000 (annual)
