And to accelerate our growth forward, we are looking for more individuals like you to join us</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">What you&#39;ll do at Beaconstac:</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">The Chief of Staff will have responsibilities across corporate development, and investor relations, anchor strategic initiatives and serve as a force multiplier to the CEO.</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Corporate development &amp; investor relations</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Research global industry trends and map the competitive landscape with internal product development efforts</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Identify, evaluate, and value potential acquisitions to augment our business goals</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Execute transactions, including diligence, working collaboratively with the target teams</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Work with the CEO in building fundraising presentations and research to support investor relations.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Manage &nbsp;board meeting preparation and creation of materials</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Financial &amp; Strategic Initiatives</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Support executive decision-making through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Create and update weekly &amp; monthly dashboards to track key marketing, sales, and financial metrics</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Lead, or contribute to one or more special projects under the strategy, product, or growth umbrellas. Typically projects that will be time-sensitive and high-impact that require creative thinking and problem-solving.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Force multiplier</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Assist in important meeting preparations and also attend meetings when necessary</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Assessing specific inquiries directed to the CEO and determining the proper course of action when delegated&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Serving as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Skills you bring to the table:</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">3 - 7 years of professional experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, or corporate strategy experience at a high-growth startup.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">A Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration is a bonus</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Ability to work in ambiguity in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setup</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Agility is critical since this role will require becoming involved in various and diverse tasks.
