Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager – Delivery to lead the successful delivery of complex Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agile delivery, cross-functional coordination, and enterprise-scale eCommerce rollouts. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, Quality Assurance (QA), User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the project plan, tracking activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SFCC projects including new builds, replatforming, feature enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure designs align with business objectives and platform capabilities.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among team members and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Ensure continuous alignment with business stakeholders on project scope, priorities, and deliverables, especially during sprint reviews and backlog refinements.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure proper testing and QA methodologies are followed.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of project requirements, processes, and deliverables.
• Manage team resourcing and assign project tasks.
• Identify, log, track, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
• Conduct regular check-ins, sprint demos, and executive updates.
• Oversee readiness of development, staging, and production environments for Commerce Cloud.
• Handle scope change requests via proper change control processes and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Monitor effort burn, budget utilization, and align delivery pace with financial targets.
• Create and share Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), dashboards, and track key milestones.
• Own documentation including RAID logs, deployment checklists, project charters, and change requests.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience with a focus on solutioning, Scrum, and agile methodologies, including at least 3 years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, including SFRA, OCAPI, and SCAPI.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data, and rule relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, including in high-pressure situations.
• PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification is a plus.
• Background in web technologies (HTML, REST, API integrations).
• Experience managing projects with offshore and onshore hybrid teams.

• Experience with various project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level eCommerce software solutions.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience in project management focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and agile delivery methodologies.
