Job Description
- Commercial & Fintech Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements—vendor, partner, API-integrations for UPI/lending.
- Regulatory & Compliance Advisory: Support product and policy alignment with RBI/RERA, data privacy, and lending regulations.
- Embedded Finance Support: Counsel on credit-as-a-service offerings, co-developing partnership/legal frameworks.
- Dispute & IP Handling: Coordinate with external counsel, manage litigation and IP-related matters.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, finance, risk & compliance to support scaling.
