Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Business Development will play a crucial role in accelerating enterprise adoption and revenue growth in Pune and surrounding markets. The primary objective is to position Source as the preferred procurement partner for enterprise and SME manufacturers.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership: Drive aggressive B2B sales growth and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Market Expansion: Acquire high-value enterprise accounts and enhance regional penetration.
  • Relationship Depth: Build strategic, long-term partnerships that increase client retention and lifetime value.
  • New Business Development: Identify, approach, and close new B2B accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Retention & Account Expansion: Establish strong client relationships to increase wallet share through continuous engagement.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure while maintaining CRM discipline and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales with a consistent history of target achievement.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to engage decision-makers across various levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong commercial understanding.
  • Target-driven, analytical, and disciplined in managing sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) is preferred.
  • Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are desirable.
