<p>The Head of Product at Bank of India Mutual Fund will be responsible for leading the overall product strategy, development, and management of the mutual fund product portfolio. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, compliance, and the investment team to ensure alignment with business goals, market demands, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving product innovation, optimizing the product mix, and enhancing client engagement to fuel business growth.</p>

<li>Strong understanding of mutual fund products, including equity, debt, and hybrid schemes.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of SEBI regulations and other regulatory frameworks governing mutual fund operations.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset to inform product decisions.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive cross-functional collaboration.</li>
