<div>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<br /> ● Strategically allocating budgets across various growth marketing levers to optimize performance and ROI.<br /> ● Own revenue &amp; PnL for multiple e-commerce marketplaces &ndash; Secondary offtakes, primary, promotions, marketing visibility and operations.<br /> ● Responsible for the growth/ demand charter for the categories end-to-end across channels.<br /> ● Exploring, experimenting and implementing new growth levers and ensuring both growth and profitability metrics are met.<br /> ● Oversee all marketplace channels &amp; operations for multiple categories.<br /> ● Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels.<br /> ● Relationship management across all marketplace channel partners, planning for marketing budgets spent across channels.<br /> ● Reports to and consults with upper management and executives, as needed, to help drive strategic organizational and platform growth.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Desired Candidate Profile:<br /> ● 3- 5 years experience of strategically managing Amazon / Flipkart marketplace activity.<br /> ● Knowledge of Amazon / Flipkart Vendor Central / Seller Central platforms.<br /> ● Demonstrated confidence in a partner-facing role.</div>
