SAP ABAP Developer
Job Summary
As an SAP ABAP Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain multiple SAP systems, specifically focusing on SAP ABAP and Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless integration of various SAP modules and processes to meet project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain SAP modules, objects, and workflows while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Create reports, enhancements, conversions, Smart Forms, Batch Data Corridors (BDCs), Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), User Exits, Data Dictionary, Remote Function Calls (RFCs), and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Design and implement Core Data Services (CDS) views and Fiori Apps leveraging SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
- Develop Fiori applications using Free Style or RAP (Restful Application Programming) and OData services.
- Understand and work with core SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO).
- Review functional specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on SAP BRIM.
- Experience with new SAP modules such as Master Data Governance (MDG), Manufacturing Execution (ME), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM) is considered a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of SAP data dictionary objects.
- Knowledge of Adobe forms, OData, and the Enhancement Framework is an advantage.
- Familiarity with developing in S/4HANA is a plus.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional SAP modules and tools related to ABAP development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setup with flexible communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP Development, specifically with SAP BRIM.
Environment
- This is a Work from Home position with UK Shift timings from 3 PM to 11 PM.
