Qualification: Post-graduate / CA and must have cleared NCFM certification exam for equity cash and derivatives modules.

 

No. years of Experience: Minimum 13 years in Capital Market with last 2-3 years minimum managing multiple branches

 

Age: 35 years+ (minimum)

 

Critical Exp. Essential: The candidate should have intensive market experience, should have exposure to equity Markets. They should have experience of managing multiple branches. They should be able to lead the team & should have thorough knowledge of Local Capital (Equity) requirements in the market. The candidate should have a good understanding of Equity related Sales & processes.

 

Job Responsibility: Ability to bring in large volume trading clients will be a major plus. Should have a decent market intelligence network. The candidate should target clients that like to do high volume speculative trading.
