Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Management / SAP MM Specialist to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, integration, and rollout projects for large enterprise clients. The role involves managing complex SAP projects, ensuring seamless deployment, and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP MM and S/4HANA, along with excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, integration, and rollout projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Manage SAP MM modules, including Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Invoice & Debit Note Posting.
• Collaborate with large enterprise clients (₹1,000 Cr+ turnover) and internal SAP/IT teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management, maintaining clear communication across all levels.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP modules with existing enterprise systems and facilitate S/4HANA adoption.
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in SAP Project Management and SAP MM.
• Proven experience with end-to-end SAP implementation, integration, and rollout.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM functionalities such as POs, GRNs, Invoice & Debit Note Posting.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Educational qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.
• Experience handling projects for large enterprises (₹1,000 Cr+ turnover).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to fintech, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise product environments.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO, SD, Ariba, or Treasury modules.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and SAP/IT teams.
• Background in consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG.
• Experience with IT services companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, Capgemini.
• Knowledge of SAP specialists at NTT DATA, YASH Technologies, Birlasoft, Bristlecone.

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP project management and SAP MM module.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects for enterprise clients.

Environment

• Preferably based in Mumbai; open to candidates willing to relocate.
• The role involves working in a professional office environment with potential for remote or hybrid work depending on organizational policies.
• The position requires coordination with client teams, SAP consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Salary

• CTC: Flexible, with a fixed component + variable.
