Monitor production progress and provide timely updates to relevant teams. 4. Maintain quality standards throughout all production stages. 5. Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. 6. Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. 7.
