Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Management Intern to oversee and enhance our presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. The role involves ideating, designing, and scheduling engaging content, fostering community engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals eager to build practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media portals, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ideate, design, and create engaging social media posts, reels, and compelling video content.
- Write captivating captions, posts, and marketing materials in English.
- Perform basic video editing for social media and YouTube content.
- Utilize Canva and AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.
- Develop engaging written and visual content tailored to each platform.
- Assist in video production and editing tasks.
- Schedule and manage content distribution across all platforms.
- Nurture online community interactions by responding to comments and messages.
- Track social media trends and engage actively with the audience.
Qualifications
- Strong command of written English and creative copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Ability to ideate and design engaging visual and written content.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
