Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations will oversee the comprehensive management of warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operational aspects. This role is pivotal in optimizing inventory management, workforce deployment, and logistics strategies to meet the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure warehouse targets are met.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills
