Job Summary
The Manager, Software Development will lead a team responsible for analyzing user needs and designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software solutions. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 to 15 team members and oversee their performance and results.

- Ensure timely investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with software development, architecture, solutions, and quality assurance (QA) teams to ensure designed systems are testable, stable, scalable, and perform well.
- Facilitate timely and appropriate communication regarding company and organizational information to team members.
Qualifications
- Strong technical development skills, particularly in Internal Developer Platforms such as Backstage or any other IDP tool preferred.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in managing team dynamics and performance.
- Ability to influence and motivate team members effectively.
- Proven ability to develop plans and priorities that address resource and operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills to report on team activities and performance.
- Relevant degrees in computer science, information technology, or related fields are preferred.
