About the Role

We're seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to help develop our AI-enabled QAQC platform. You'll work at the intersection of BIM and emerging technology to create tools that transform quality control processes on construction sites.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM Modelling
• Hands-on experience developing with IFC/BlenderBIM/Bonsai (a big plus)
• Proven experience developing in ArchiCAD
• Proficiency working with Autodesk Revit
• Experience creating and developing CAD floorplans and elevation plans for construction sites
• Experience with 3D modelling software, especially Blender (an asset)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM integration points for our AI-enabled QAQC platform
• Create and refine building information models using Revit and ArchiCAD
• Implement IFC data exchange workflows to ensure seamless information flow
• Generate and validate construction documentation for quality control processes
• Identify opportunities to enhance construction quality through BIM integration
• Collaborate with AI engineers to develop intelligent BIM-based quality control tools
• Help shape the future of construction quality control through technology

In this role, you'll leverage your BIM expertise to rapidly develop BIM models and workflows that get us closer to our goal of a fully connected construction PM software. Your work will directly influence how construction teams use technology to ensure project quality and delivery.
