Job Description

<div>Duties and Responsibilities</div>
<div> Set marketing goals and objectives.</div>
<div> Plan, implement and manage brand vision key and resultant strategy</div>
<div> Contribute to the overall growth of the company</div>
<div> Review and manage content marketing strategy</div>
<div> Determine KPIs for the marketing department</div>
<div> Keep the marketing budget in check</div>
<div> Track KPIs on a regular basis, produce and present reports regularly</div>
<div> Work with sales and development and customer success teams</div>
<div> Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy</div>
<div> Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions</div>
<div> Analyse company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements</div>
<div> Stay up to date with the latest technology esp. performance, metaverse and Omnichannel related updates</div>
<div> Stay up to date with the latest best practices of fashion retail</div>
<div> Integrate with Channel and product teams to drive Channel and category specific GTM and launches including interacting with partner marketing teams to create and execute a robust retail marketing plan.</div>
<div> Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns</div>

<div>Qualification</div>
<div> 15+ years’ experience in marketing (some years in Fashion retail is key)</div>
<div> Being customer-centric and hand on with Gen Z and Millennial consumer trends</div>
<div> Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools.</div>
<div> Understanding of media landscape and ability to set the media construct for the brand with using different subsets of overall construct to drive GTMs</div>
<div> In-depth knowledge of big data analysis</div>
<div> Excellent organizational and time management skills</div>
<div> Good communication and interpersonal skills</div>
<div> Excellent presentation skills</div>
<div> MBA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field</div>

<div>Additional marketing certifications are a plus</div>
<div> Aptitude or proven background of having interacted/worked with senior management / founder Foundational Competence</div>
<div> Appreciation of social purpose and sustainability</div>
