ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our
healthcare products. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for
our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. This position requires strong
leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape. You will closely work with
the Design and Development teams, and Vertical Heads to solve for complex business challenges
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
 Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and
business objectives.
 Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver highquality
products on time and within budget.
 Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
 Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and vision.
 Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design and continuous improvement.
 Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and measure product
performance.
 Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release
management.
 Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies, customer education, and sales
enablement.
 Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess product health and inform decision-making.
 Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate
risks.
 Mentor and coach junior product team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
 Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree
preferred.
 Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful
SaaS products.
 Prior experience in healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare IT
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and
concisely.
 Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
 Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban
methodologies.
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
 Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
