ABOUT THE ROLE<br /> We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our<br /> healthcare products. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for<br /> our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. This position requires strong<br /> leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape. You will closely work with<br /> the Design and Development teams, and Vertical Heads to solve for complex business challenges<br /> RESPONSIBILITIES<br />  Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.<br />  Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and<br /> business objectives.<br />  Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver highquality<br /> products on time and within budget.<br />  Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.<br />  Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and vision.<br />  Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design and continuous improvement.<br />  Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and measure product<br /> performance.<br />  Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release<br /> management.<br />  Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies, customer education, and sales<br /> enablement.<br />  Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess product health and inform decision-making.<br />  Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate<br /> risks.<br />  Mentor and coach junior product team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.<br /> BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<br />  Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree<br /> preferred.<br />  Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful<br /> SaaS products.<br />  Prior experience in healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare IT<br />  Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.<br />  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and<br /> concisely.<br />  Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.<br />  Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban<br /> methodologies.<br />  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic<br /> environment.<br />  Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.<br /> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<br />  Prior experience in Voice driven solutions<br />  Prior experience in product management for Growth Stage business<br />  Prior Experience in Design Thinking<br />  Prior experience in AI driven solutions
