Next one will be other LPAs beyond Suzuki

First fund- 50 million dollar.

Carry will be there.

 

Pedigree of founders to be directors might not match.

High experienced founders can be considered as a senior VP.

The Director role will report to the organization- MD (Vipul) and board members of Suzuki Japan.

VP will report to Director.

For the first year the Director will be Direct -1

He will be an associate director.
