Exposure to AI/ML workflows, LLMs, or model integration will</p> <p>be considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving</p> <p>project tasks, maintaining high-quality standards, and collaborating efficiently within a fast-paced</p> <p>engineering environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>●</p> <p>Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern</p> <p>frontend frameworks.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Independently execute assigned tasks, technical modules, and integrations.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Review, debug, test, and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, reliability, and clean code</p> <p>quality.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Work with APIs, JSON workflows, and backend services to support system-wide functionality.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Follow best practices for Git version control, branching, and code reviews.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Collaborate with project leads to improve architecture, documentation, and delivery pipelines.</p> <p>●</p> <p>(Preferred) Support AI-driven features such as model integration, prompt workflows, or basic AI</p> <p>automation.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>●</p> <p>Minimum 2 years of hands-on industry experience in Python full-stack development.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Strong understanding of Python, REST APIs, JSON handling, docker and Git workflows.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or others) is an advantage.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Working knowledge of AI concepts, LLMs, or model integration is preferred.●</p> <p>Solid analytical and debugging skills with the ability to handle complexity.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience building clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.</p> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <p>●</p> <p>Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Basic understanding of AI pipelines (OpenAI, Gemini, HuggingFace, model APIs).</p> <p>●</p> <p>CI/CD or deployment exposure (Docker, cloud platforms).</p> <p>Attributes</p> <p>●</p> <p>High sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Detail-oriented with strong focus on code quality and consistency.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Adaptable to evolving requirements, technologies, and delivery timelines.</p>
