Job Title: HR Manager Location: Sec-155, Noida Job Summary TWF Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Analyst to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting the organization’s people strategy through efficient hiring and smooth HR processes. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition ● Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple roles across departments ● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and hiring partners ● Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews ● Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback ● Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding process ● Maintain recruitment trackers HR Operations ● Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities ● Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation ● Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management ● Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements ● Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes ● Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Skills & Qualifications ● 1–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations ● Strong hands-on experience with job portals and hiring ● Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines ● Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office
