This role is pivotal in driving financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business performance and financial goals.<br /> RESPONSIBILITIES<br /> ● Partner with business teams to provide financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support<br /> ● Lead budgeting and variance analysis for business verticals, identifying key trends and action points<br /> ● Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and decision support<br /> ● Drive monthly/quarterly business reviews with data-backed insights and recommendations<br /> ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to drive profitability and efficiency<br /> ● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing dashboards and reports for leadership<br /> ● Support strategic projects such as pricing analysis, investment evaluations, and new business initiatives<br /> ● Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements<br /> QUALIFICATIONS<br /> ● 5–8 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or similar analytical finance roles<br /> ● Relevant degree in Finance or Accounting<br /> ● Strong understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and analytical tools<br /> ● Hands-on experience with Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)<br /> ● Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present to stakeholders<br /> ● Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving<br /> ● Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
