Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate React Native Developer with 2–5 years of experience in designing and developing mobile applications from scratch. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, particularly within the FinTech space.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain React Native applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Build and deploy mobile applications from scratch, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, payment gateways, and banking/financial APIs.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with mobile security standards, especially in FinTech applications.
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix issues, and improve application stability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React Native and mobile development technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
• Strong experience in developing mobile applications from scratch.
• Prior experience working with FinTech, banking, payments, or financial applications is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, and Redux/MobX.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of Android and iOS development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of mobile security practices, authentication, encryption, and secure API handling.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment gateway integrations, UPI, wallets, lending, or digital banking platforms.
• Exposure to Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting tools.
• Familiarity with native modules in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience required, particularly in React Native development and FinTech applications.
