<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Job Title: Senior AR/ AR Executive Reporting to: Billing Manager</p> <p>Department: RCM Job Location: Hyderabad</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic professional with excellent experience in the USA Healthcare Account</p> <p>Receivables process.</p> <p>ROLE &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>Perform AR pre-call analysis and take appropriate action by calling the payer or using IVR or web</p> <p>portal services to resolve the outstanding AR.</p> <p>Maintain adequate documentation on the Billing software to send necessary documentation to</p> <p>insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference.</p> <p>Immediately notifying the important Global issues identified to cut down the impact on the high</p> <p>dollar AR.</p> <p>Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up.</p> <p>Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days</p> <p>in A/R, top denial reasons, use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for</p> <p>denials / underpayments.</p> <p>PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management of US healthcare process.</p> <p>Fluent verbal communication abilities.</p> <p>Should possess excellent Denials management and A/R Knowledge.</p> <p>Willingness to work continuously in night shifts.</p> <p>Prior experience of working in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software will be</p> <p>considered an advantage. We will provide training on the medical billing software as part of the</p> <p>training.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Knowledge of Healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes will be considered a plus.</p> <p>●</p> <p>●</p> <p>Qualification: Any Graduation</p> <p>Total Exp: 1 &ndash; 3 Years</p>
