<div>Job Summary:<br />
The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing<br />
and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets within<br />
the housing society and small commercial market.<br />
Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. Develop sales operating plan for quarter & financial year<br />
2. Lead our team of sales/ BD managers and guide them in achieving their<br />
targets, fostering a positive result oriented culture<br />
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify<br />
business opportunities.<br />
4. Set sales targets and ensure the team's alignment with overall company<br />
goals.<br />
5. Recruit and train manage new sales/ BD managers as per operating plan.<br />
6. Collaborate with product & technology team for sales-tech/ CRM<br />
developments for effluence scale up<br />
7. Develop lead generation strategies and work with marketing/ product/ sales<br />
team to execute them<br />
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their<br />
needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br />
9. Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless execution<br />
of housing society and small commercial projects.</div>
<div>10.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and<br />
concerns throughout the project lifecycle.<br />
11.Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support professional<br />
development<br />
12.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement<br />
corrective actions as needed.<br />
Qualifications and Skills:<br />
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA<br />
is a plus.<br />
● Proven experience in sales leadership roles, in B2B industries<br />
● Strong understanding of the housing society customer segment is a plus.<br />
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br />
● Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales<br />
targets.<br />
● Ability to think strategically and implement effective sales strategies.<br />
● Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory aspects of real estate sales.</div>
