KreditServe KreditServe is founded by BFSI industry veterans with extensive experience in underwriting and corporate finance. Over the last three years, KreditServe has built and implemented a B2B supply chain finance platform. The platform is focused on helping corporates in streamlining and funding their supply chains. Our tech platform (called VendorKredit) helps companies: 1. Create working capital financing plans for their procurement processes; 2. Offer early payment solutions to their vendors in a transparent and paperless manner; 3. Optimise the credit terms with vendors; 4. Digitise the vendor payment process; and 5. Improve their gross margins. The VendorKredit platform is also offered as a solution to financial institutions who want to offer supply chain financing products to their clients. The Role: Product Manager Grade 1: Reporting to: Senior Product manager/ Head of Operations Job Description: 1. Work with clients (external clients : corporates or financial institutions Internal clients: Operations team) to understand their product needs; 2. Translate the product needs into a product requirement document 3. Work with cross functional teams (operation, technology) to develop, test and release/implement the product 4. Work with the tech team to ensure user friendly and high-quality product interfaces. Be the voice of the client in internal meetings. 5. Be the interface between the client and the technology team 6. Track product performance and user feedback 7. Assist in product launches including preparing product documentation, training internal/customer teams. 8. Maintain and update the product road-map Pre-requisites: 1. Familiarity with lending processes ideally for supply chain finance; 2. Experience with one or more Loan Management Systems (either as a tech resource or a user); 3. Comfort with technology (some experience with working as part of a tech team or interacting with tech resources as a user would be very helpful) 4. Good communication and analytical skill
