Job Summary

The Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant will play a key role in enhancing customer service and support processes through the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and administration.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionalities.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with integration of third-party applications with Salesforce.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in handling data migration and data management within Salesforce.

Experience
