<div>We are looking for Director – Business Head – P&L to join our team and take on responsibility for providing a best-in-class experience for all Masai school applicants while helping them navigate the process of making a life-changing decision. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Head - P&L to manage and oversee the company's Profit & Loss (P&L) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, manage costs, and maximize profitability across respective business unit. The Business Head - P&L will lead the finance and accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. This role requires excellent leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with other executives to achieve business goals.</div>

<div>• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability across respective business unit.</div>
<div>• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve performance</div>
<div>• Manage costs and expenses to ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded</div>
<div>• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and external auditors</div>
<div>• Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability</div>
<div>• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments, identifying opportunities and threats to the business</div>
<div>• Communicate financial information and analysis to the executive team and board of directors, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives</div>
<div>• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures</div>

<div>What you will need to bring (Relevant & overall experience, skillset, competence, etc)</div>

<div>• IIT/IIM/ISB pass out.</div>
<div>• Experience working in startups.</div>
<div>• At least 8- 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with a focus on P&L management</div>
<div>• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue and profitability growth</div>
<div>• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data to make informed business decisions</div>
<div>• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of finance and accounting professionals</div>
<div>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders</div>
<div>• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</div>
<div>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to quality and excellence</div>
<div>• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accounting standards, with the ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations</div>
