Job Description: Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex client onboarding and implementation processes for the US market. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage multiple stakeholders, streamline operations, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to product adoption. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients and a key liaison between internal teams to drive long-term value. Responsibilities: ● Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for high-value clients—from kickoff through successful go-live. ● Understand complex client requirements and tailor implementation plans accordingly. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and accountability. ● Identify potential risks or delays and proactively develop mitigation strategies. ● Conduct in-depth training sessions and workflow consultations for client teams. ● Define and track KPIs to measure success, adoption, and time-to-value. ● Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline internal processes and improve the client experience. ● Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product development and new feature prioritization. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. ● Minimum 4 years of experience in Implementation, Client Success, or Enterprise Onboarding roles. ● Prior experience handling international clients, preferably US-based. ● Strong understanding of SaaS products and implementation best practices. ● Exceptional project management and organizational skills. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. ● Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics and drive outcomes. ● Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and during US shift hours. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience working in B2B SaaS or product-based startups. ● Proficiency in tools like Jira, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/project tracking tools. ● Prior exposure to integration or API-led implementations is a plus.
