Talent Acquisition, Retention</strong><br /> <strong>Designation</strong> : Flexible | Based on past experience & fitment at Gynoveda<br /> <strong>Company </strong>: Gynoveda.com<br /> <strong>Location </strong>: Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai [Work from Office]<br /> <strong>Reports to</strong> : Founders<br /> <strong>Work Description:</strong><br /> ● Lead recruitment and talent acquisition with agencies & direct hiring<br /> ● Onboard new hires and conduct background verification<br /> ● Implement best practices for Retention and Employee Satisfaction<br /> ● Develop Performance Review Systems<br /> ● Establish skills development and training programs for team upskilling<br /> ● Spearhead employee grievances & satisfaction<br /> ● Establish employee engagement activity - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually<br /> ● Develop employee handbook, policies, internal procedures<br /> Candidature requirements:<br /> ★ 5+ years of exp. with eCommerce, new-age online company or recruitment agency<br /> ★ Prior hiring experience with multi-function mid to senior level roles [mandatory]<br /> ★ Prior experience with high growth startup added advantage<br /> ★ Fine balance between talent acquisition, retention and team engagement<br /> ★ Interpersonal experts naturally good at identifying problems and finding solutions<br /> ★ Digital tools savvy to develop internal HR systems, process and payroll management<br /> ★ Passionate to work in startups and comfortable with ambiguity
