Work Description:
● Lead recruitment and talent acquisition with agencies & direct hiring
● Onboard new hires and conduct background verification
● Implement best practices for Retention and Employee Satisfaction
● Develop Performance Review Systems
● Establish skills development and training programs for team upskilling
● Spearhead employee grievances & satisfaction
● Establish employee engagement activity - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually
● Develop employee handbook, policies, internal procedures
Candidature requirements:
★ 5+ years of exp. with eCommerce, new-age online company or recruitment agency
★ Prior hiring experience with multi-function mid to senior level roles [mandatory]
★ Prior experience with high growth startup added advantage
★ Fine balance between talent acquisition, retention and team engagement
★ Interpersonal experts naturally good at identifying problems and finding solutions
★ Digital tools savvy to develop internal HR systems, process and payroll management
★ Passionate to work in startups and comfortable with ambiguity
